Greenpeace and Deaf Australia, Australia's peak national advocacy organisation for Deaf, Deafblind, and hard-of-hearing people that use Auslan, are teaming up to deliver a fabulous virtual Auslan tour of Greenpeace’s iconic ship, the Rainbow Warrior!
In an Australian first, Deaf communities across the country will have access to a sneak peek of Greenpeace’s most famous environmental activist, delivered in Auslan. At the same time, you’ll get an insider view on what makes the ship so unique in the seafaring world, and the crucial role it plays in environmental and climate campaigns worldwide.
Greenpeace Australia Pacific thanks Deaf Australia for their support in delivering this exciting event! You can learn more about Deaf Australia's mission on their website.
