You can help stop dirty gas expansion
Our greedy gas industry is exporting most of Australia's gas for profit, leaving Australians hurting from sky high energy prices. Years of poor regulation and gas industry greed caused the energy crisis, but the gas industry's response is to push for more gas - including drilling in WA's precious ocean and putting extraordinary marine life at risk.
We do not need more gas. We need rapid expansion of clean, cheap renewable energy for lower power prices and a chance at a safe climate future.
YOU can help kick gas to the curb. Our campaigns are 100% independently funded by supporters. Donating regularly is the most effective way to power our campaign.

Could help fund a report, exposing the hidden dangers of drilling for gas off the coast of Western Australia.
The risks of toxic gas are far too great
We have the technology ready to power Australia with 100% clean and safe renewable energy now.
We do not need dangerous gas!
Gas can poison water and agricultural land
Gas leaks and spills poison marine life
Toxic gas
fuels climate change
A spill from new gas expansion in WA's ocean could be devastating for marine life
Fossil fuel giant Woodside wants to drill for toxic gas in the middle of whale migration routes. An accident could impact 12 different marine parks and protected areas, each home to thousands of whales, sharks, turtles, fish and corals.
Woodside’s toxic project runs directly through whale migration routes. If there's a spill 12 different marine parks and protected areas could be impacted.
Woodside can't be trusted
Woodside are hurtling towards an environmental disaster. We have to act now.

We have a long history of winning campaigns

Pushed big corporates to cut emissions
This year we pressured retail giants Kmart and Target to commit to running on 100% renewable energy by 2025! In 2021 we pressured ALDI to commit to 100% renewable energy by end of 2021 and Woolworths and Bunnings by 2025.

Saved the Bight
In 2020, after a relentless campaign, the Norwegian oil giant Equinor withdrew its plans to drill for oil in the Great Australian Bight. This comes after Chevron and BP also withdrew their plans thanks to the pressure from Greenpeace and local communities.

Exposed dirty power
In 2019 we uncovered the federal government’s shocking vested interests in the coal industry, which has stifled effective and necessary action to fight climate change.
