We read today in the The Australian (’Labor renewable energy plan will cost economy $1.5bn’, 19/03/2208) that the fossil fuel industry has commissioned a report that, surprise surprise, emphasises increased electricity costs and costs to the economy if they are penalised for polluting under an Emission Trading Scheme (ETS) .
